little66085
I am not able to get the ISY to stay connected long enough to the ELK to do anything. Going to the event log, it is disconnecting and reconnecting about every 4 seconds. I am using the secure port 2601 and the correct IP address, but cannot figure out why this is occurring. Also cannot get to the ELK console. I do have the ELK module installed. Thanks!
Michel Kohanim
Hi little66085, Unfortunately you cannot use the secure port especially if you are going to use newer ELK firmware and M1C1. Please use the unsecure port of 2101 AND make sure ELK RP is not connected. With kind regards, Michel
little66085
Michel, Thanks for the info, but I am not using the M1C1, I am using the M1XEP. Does that change things?
Michel Kohanim
Hi little66085, Unfortunately not since M1XEP only supports TLS1.0 and you will have to make your ISY strictly TLS1.0 in which case you will make your ISY vulnerable to many security holes. little66085
Is it possible to give you a call? It is still acting the same. Thanks!

little66085
I have left a message. Do you see any issues from the screen shots?
DennisC
Try enabling non secure communications on the Elk M1XEP (1st screenshot). You might need to reboot the M1XEP. Also, when you post screenshots it is a good practice to black out sensitive info. A user code is visible in one of the screenshots, so be sure to change it when you are up and running.
