TomG Posted January 25, 2017 Posted January 25, 2017 I had my ISY994 ZW up and running for a month or so and decide to try to set up remote access (Probably not a good idea considering my lack of IT skills). Anyway, I was in the configuration tab and managed to change something (possibly the IP address) that made the ISY inaccessible. All I get is a blue box saying "ISY Finder : Not Found". It no longer shows up on the router either. Any ideas how I can recover from this? Hopefully my programs are still intact...somewhere. Thanks, Tom

TomG Posted January 25, 2017 Author Posted January 25, 2017 Unfortunately it required a factory reset to fix the issue, but setting up the devices and reprogramming was much easier the second time around. Now for that backup thing... Thanks for the help. Tom
