Just wanted to post this information somewhere for anyone who may be considering using one of the IKEA Ansluta transformer and Omlopp LED lights.

 

I just purchased the 30W Ansluta transformer, part number 502.883.39, (plus cord kit, part number 301.214.11) and 6 of the Omlopp LED puck lights (part number 102.883.41), as well as the Ansluta puck remote (allows for remotely changing from off to 35%, 100%, 35% and off again, part number 802.883.28). I just tested with an Insteon On/Off plug-in module (2635-222) and it works as expected. If you power off via Insteon with the puck lights on, when turning back on via Insteon, it will return to the same lighting level (which is what I was looking for).

 

This will allow me to use a button on a KeyPadLinc to turn these lights on/off when I enter/leave the room (instead of the rather large Ikea puck remote).
