I purchased a foscam FI9928P. The PTZ function does not work. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure to try all the profiles for Pan/Tilt as each are different targeting different known implementations of Foscam PTZ.

 

If you've tried all and none work, please send me your external IP, port, RTSP port, and the camera's username/password to: support@mobilinc.com so we can investigate adding support for you from the lab.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
