I recently bought my equipment. Any help is appreciated.

I originally got to the admin console and added my first 3 devices. My surface went to sleep, woke it up and it will not load.

I went to the universal-devices.com page clicked support, then clicked red icon "My ISY", asked me what to open with, I clicked Java, then it "Unable to Launch application.

My web app can see the devices and operate them.

I can ping the device with the local address and see my devices and turn them off and on. I just cannot get to the admin console on this computer.I deleted Java, rebooted, and did the normal reboot the isy device.

 

The kick in the but is I went to my kids Surface2 and updated java, it loaded fine.

    I figured out it was Malware messing up the computer
