keribi Posted May 9, 2017 Share Posted May 9, 2017 I have a iphone 6+ and every time I open Mobilinc Pro I have to sync the app to the ISY. I am using the Asus DNS service but even using Mobilinc locally on my home network I still have to sync to get device status and control devices. InsteonNut Posted May 9, 2017 Share Posted May 9, 2017 Hi keribi, Make sure Auto-sync is turned on at least for Wi-Fi under Settings->Lighting Controller. You can turn this on for Cell as well, but I don't recommend it. Usually when you are on cell you aren't also trying to pull in changes. IE you just want live status and control as fast as possible. Regardless of auto-sync enabled/disabled, MobiLinc will connect to the ISY and pull down status without you having to do anything. If you aren't seeing status appear automatically, please email us at support@mobilinc.com with a screenshot of your Lighting Controller Settings page and confirmation that your iPhone is connect to your Wi-Fi network and not a guest or neighbors Wi-Fi.
