MJsan Posted October 12, 2017 Share Posted October 12, 2017 Howdy! Currently running ISY994i 4.6.2 with MobiLinc portal integrated. We have several Echos which for the most part have worked, but in the last few weeks I'm getting random "XXX is not available" errors when sending a turn on / turn off command. When I look at the Alexa app - all devices show offline. I've done rediscover (that sometimes helps) and "tell Moby Link to refresh devices" (also sometimes helps). It's not consistent. Anyone else have this issue and/or advice on resolving? Needless to say when this happens, it causes significant damage to the WAF Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
