Posted October 23, 20178 yr I am having trouble trying to back up - the error message is cannot create zip file Last back up is 2 years ago and I have made a bunch of changes and would like to save a back-up before I upgrade admin consoles. I have seen previous posts about clear java cache etc - none of that works. ( the instructions are for a older version) Facts Mac yosemite operating system Safari 10.1.2 Java 8 update 144 Firmware Insteon_994 v4.3.26 UI Insteon 994 v4.6.2 Product isy994i (1120) with open add (21010) and portal integration mobilinc (21073) Any help would be appreciated Sam
