I have seen previous posts about clear java cache etc - none of that works. ( the instructions are for a older version) Facts Mac yosemite operating system Safari 10.1.2 Java 8 update 144 Firmware Insteon_994 v4.3.26 UI Insteon 994 v4.6.2 Product isy994i (1120) with open add (21010) and portal integration mobilinc (21073) Any help would be appreciated Sam

Try updating your firmware to match your UI and see if that solves your problem. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
