Setting GE Dimmer level

[Duck]

I have a ISY V4.6.2 and I want to set a GE 14294 dimmer to come on at different levels depending on the time of day.

Is it possible to set the dim level of the switch with out causing it to turn on? or will I have to wait for V5.???? to do this?
