procat Posted November 5, 2017 Posted November 5, 2017 I have two BE469NX-CEN which are having communication problems for me, see attached error message screenshot. The only time I appear to have access to them is right after I manually go to the lock and do something to it, otherwise ISY994i can't communicate with the two devices. I suspect it's a setting somewhere, likely in the lock. Anyone overcome this problem? Much thanks.
stusviews Posted November 5, 2017 Posted November 5, 2017 I have a couple of those locks with no problems. That doesn't help you, but let's you know that it can be done. Do you have any security range extenders? Your screenshot doesn't show.
