Insteon 2663-222 dual outlet only controls one outlet from admin.jnlp

macOS High Sierra, ISY994 Administrative Console v4.6.2

I linked the Insteon 2663-222 by pressing each of the top and bottom set buttons separately, and the Administrative Console shows them as separate devices (even named them -Top and -Bot automatically), but only one outlet is controlled. Clicking [Fast On] on either device button in the Admin Console UI only controls the top outlet.

Now here's the really weird part: they work correctly (e.g. independently) when I use the web portal https://my.isy.io/udajax/udajax.htm?mode=corp#/nodes/devices/ so I know it's possible for them to be controlled separately.

I really want my programs to be able to control the outlets separately; any ideas how to fix this

Are both your firmware and UI the same?

Insteon UD_994 v.4.6.2 shows as both firmware and UI. I used the auto-upgrade feature

You should not need to add the outlet top and bottom separately as it's one device (same Insteon ID) with two modes, just as a KPL is one device with several modes. Try deleting the outlet and re-adding it, just once. Any success?

BTW, I'm using 4.6.2 also,

No difference. It creates 46.E9.E4.1 On-Off Top and 46.E9.E4.2 On-Off Bot, but only one outlet is controlled.

Do you have anything plugged into each outlet? Just probing, I don't know why you're getting those results. I can control each outlet separately with the same ISY version. Have you tried On/Off rather than Fast On?

That's it! [Fast On]/[Fast Off] can only control the one outlet.

[On]/[Off] works for each independently. Thanks very much for your fast and helpful troubleshooting!
