Replaced my 994ir/z-wave pro and now can't access from web

As the title says, I replaced my 994 with an identical unit and then restored the latest backup.  Everything looks good.  Even the IP address is set correctly and from within the admin console, everything seems to work.  However, my MobiLinc app cannot connect.  Is there something else I need to check?

Thanks,
Mitch

Did you update the MobiLinc settings so that it's aware of the new PLM?

The new ISY994i unit will have a different UUID from the original ISY994i.

You may have to update the settings Stu pointed out.

Thanks, I figured it out.  As Brian stated, I had to update the UUID with Mobilinc but I also had to re-purchase the portal module.  Everything is perfect now.

I did notice one weird thing though, when I restored my ISY programming, I got an error message about not being able to complete it (I don't remember the exact error) but it seems to work just fine.

I do have a separate issue now.  It seems my Z-wave network is no longer working.  How would I rebuild it?  It's only 3 devices so it should be very easy but when I look for existing devices, none are found and when I try to add devices, it won't "see" them.

I figured out the z wave issue as well.  Turns out you have to remove the device before you can add it.

Thanks!  I'm back up and running perfectly!
