Ecolink DWZWAVE2.5-ECO Switch Issues

Greetings,

New user to the ISY, having purchased an ISY994i/IR Pro. I have integrated this with my Alarm.com IQ Panel 2 with the ISY as the primary controller. Since owning this I have integrated a Schlage Door Lock, Alarm.com thermostat, 2 GE Dimmable Switches, a Leviton Outlet and a Aeotec Multisensor 6. All of these integrations have worked without much issue and the pairings were painless. After after a little difficulty I was able to get the Ecolink switch paired and it shows up as Binary Sensor, Notify Sensor and Tamper Alarm.

However I am unable to get this switch to respond to any inputs, no matter whether the contacts are closed or open it doesn't change the state. Both the Tamper and Binary Sensor are reporting an 'On' state. I have deleted and added it to the DB multiple times with the same results. I searched previous threads here and saw there was some conversation about an issue others were having, but their issue appeared to be resolved. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Z-Wave devices often add nodes that apparently have no use. Which Ecolink mode are you trying to pair? Have you tried any of the others? Have you determined the use for each node?

The three nodes showing up are:

Notify Sensor - Shows battery level

Tamper Alarm - Only shows a 'status' which is 'on'

Binary Sensor - Only shows a 'status' which is 'on'

When moving the magnet away from the sensor to simulate the door being opened the status never changes, also when removing the cover to wake up the sensor the Tamper Alarm status never changes either. However, in the Event Viewer I can see the status being updated in the logs when the cover is removed.
