I recently inherited a Touchlinc touch panel device, model 2448. I know little about it, but from reviewing the manual, it looks like there is software to be downloaded and installed to make the device function. The download link for this software on the Smarthome site seems to be broken.

Does anyone have and use this device now with their ISY? Is it useful at all, or it is an obsolete paperweight? Thanks!

The TouchLinc has been discontinued for years. Even if the software was available, I doubt it would support current devices. A USB drive and wrap-around adapter (both discontinued) are also needed. It was fun in it's day. It was compatible with the also discontinued HouseLinc.
