Platform_Errors--10108

Featured Replies

Yesterday I installed NodeLink in my ISY running version 5.0.12.  I also installed the program on a Raspberry Pi.  I connected my Rainmachine to the PI.  All of my zones show up fine.  If I start a zone, it shows running on the ISY.  But if I try to start or stop a zone, nothing happens and I get Platform_Errors--10108.  When I look at the log, I see the attached image.  I do not have the address 192.168.1.93 on my network.  Notice that the port keeps changing.  Any ideas?

Something on 192.168.1.93 is trying to access the api on your ISY using an incorrect username and/or password.

The increasing port is normal - these are ephemeral ports of outbound connections from the remote device.

Thanks,  for the quick reply. I found the device.  It was my Autellis pool control. I had tried pinging it, but it did not ping.  I connect to it in network resources, but rarely have used it in the ISY.  My ISY username changed when I upgraded to the 5.0 series.

now when I try to turn a zone, I just get “Request Failed”

Any more advice?

Enable Debug on the Main, System Config, and RainMachine pages and post your log here with a failed zone control attempt.

ISY logs and messages are useless to me, I need the NodeLink logs.

I don’t have one of those devices - but changing your ISY password would have caused this. You’ll have fix the password so it matches the new ISY password.

I see how to set it to debug level, but how do I save the log to a file I can send?

I should have said, where is the log file saved.

I also noticed there was an option to use a relay server.  Should it be checked?

I fixed the problem.  I noticed in the ISY the NodeLink address was 192.168.0.x not 192.168.1.x.  I have no idea how it got changed. Fixed that and restarted, but it still did not work.  Next I re-entered the password and the zip file.  Everything works now.
