I really do hope to see more of these cloud outages in hopes it will make companies shake their heads and realize. The topology model UDI has taken is truly the only one that makes sense when speaking about home automation in the home. As you stated correctly a local first controller with the ability to harness the cloud power (IF) and when needed. Oh the cloud is sad today and thus you can't do or manage anything in your home - LOL Link to comment
