Moshe Posted March 21, 2018 Share Posted March 21, 2018 I am replacing a 8 button dimmer keypad with the same type of keypad due to communication issues. New keypad model and rev: 2334-222 Rev 8.0 5816. When I try to link I receive an error "cannot determine Insteon engine." I am using version 4.6.2 of the ISY software. The ISY is a 994i Pro.
