When I say "Alexa, set the thermostat to 72 degrees." it says "“It doesnt look like your device supports that yet”. InsteonNut Posted April 22, 2018 Share Posted April 22, 2018 Hi BigEfromDaBx, From your seperate email, when I looked up your account, I only see three devices and three scenes with spoken names. For the Thermostat, we don’t have a thermostat listed on your account. Make sure to assign the Thermostat a spoken name as well before saying “Alexa, tell moby-link to refresh devices”. BigEfromDaBx Posted April 22, 2018 Author Share Posted April 22, 2018 I assigned the name of thermostat tried and got “Hmmm. Thermostat is not responding”. The reason why I got that message was because I was tryin to set the temperature to the temperature that the thermostat was already at LOL. But as soon as I used a different temperature it worked.
