Posted April 22, 20187 yr Hi, I installed the MobiLinc Smart Home skill on to my Alexa. When I say "Alexa, set the thermostat to 72 degrees." it says "“It doesnt look like your device supports that yet”. I was able to control the thermostat with the ISY portal but im having no luck with mobilinc BTW I am running an ISY994i Edited April 22, 20187 yr by BigEfromDaBx
April 22, 20187 yr Hi BigEfromDaBx, From your seperate email, when I looked up your account, I only see three devices and three scenes with spoken names. For the Thermostat, we don’t have a thermostat listed on your account. Make sure to assign the Thermostat a spoken name as well before saying “Alexa, tell moby-link to refresh devices”. Wes
April 22, 20187 yr Author I assigned the name of thermostat tried and got “Hmmm. Thermostat is not responding”. The reason why I got that message was because I was tryin to set the temperature to the temperature that the thermostat was already at LOL. But as soon as I used a different temperature it worked. Im posting this just incase anybody else does a dumb move like I did lol. Thanks for your help wes.
