Posted April 22, 20187 yr Hi, So decided to let go of the isy portal and go back to mobilinc being that mobilinc has its own app and alot more features. So when I installed the two moblinc skills on to my alexa and gave it the "Alexa, tell MobiLinc to refresh devices" it would detect all the devices that I had put the Spoken command in the notes and everything else including the programs from my ISY994i which totaled to around 41. Now I only get the devices where I put the spoken command into the notes. Not the programs which only comes out to about 4 discovered devices. This happened after I started renaming some of my programs. I ended up going to those programs that I renamed and just deleting them but still having the same problem
April 22, 20187 yr Hi BigEfromDaBx, For your programs, MobiLinc will only sync programs that are in a folder named “Voice”. Put any program you want to be voice controlled here and remember to click “Save” to save these back to your ISY before saying “Alexa, tell moby-link to refresh devices”. Wes
April 22, 20187 yr Author ok. So i put that program in to the voice folder and now its discovered. Im just confused as to why it was discovering every single program, device and scene before that. Maybe it was just a glitch and when I edited the program and hit save changes maybe it fixed it
April 22, 20187 yr If there is no Voice folder, it will pull in all programs. This is not recommended and can confuse Alexa as programs are usually not named voice friendly. In an update to our Alexa skill soon, the Voice folder will be required. Wes
April 23, 20187 yr I can't seem to find a voice folder anywhere, where should I be looking? And if in fact I don't have one, how can I add one? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk from the ISY admin click on the programs tab and then right click on the top of the programs tree where it says "My Programs" and create new folder. See snapshot.
