Power failure: How to retore ISY99?

Hi,

I had a long power failure of over 6 hours late night and my backup battery did not have enough power to sustain the ISY99 and other equipment. I woke up with the ISY having no device, no scene, no username, etc. I do have a backup using the ISYbackup option. My question is how to do a proper restore? I tried restore in ISY and there was no response. I also tried to set the new username/password and there was no response either. Thanks.

OK. I unplugged and plug the ISY99i back.

The ISY then took a while to restart itself.

Now, it is back online.

Sometimes the PLM needs to be reset after power is restored, most often when the power cycles quickly which often accompanies the power restoration. The conditions you describe in the ISY console (safe mode) point to that. A sure sign is the RX LED on steady.
