sandryseibert Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Hello, I'm trying to find the meaning of some statuses shown on the ISY log file because my Schlage Lock for some unknown reason is reporting an Unlock state when it's in fact locked, but I couldn't find a list of status. So I kindly ask you guys to help me on this.. I detached in RED some status that I'm wondering what is.. Sala / Porta da Sala - ZW 004 Device secure mode 1 Sat 2018/06/02 05:35:46 AM Program Log Sala / Porta da Sala - ZW 004 Device secure mode 0 Sat 2018/06/02 06:00:04 PM Web Log I noticed that sometimes it's appear as the User being "Program" and some as "Web". . It's scares to hear the speaker telling your door is open when it's not in the middle of night o_o. Thank you Sandry Seibert
Chris Jahn Posted June 4, 2018 Posted June 4, 2018 Hi Sandry, These entries refer to the command the locks and unlocks the door lock, here is what the parameters mean: Device secure mode 1 - The Lock command Device secure mode 0 - The Unlock command If the user is "Program" then the command was issued from one of your programs. If the user is "Web", then it was issued either from the Admin Console, or using a REST API (usually from a web browser, or a 3rd party product).

I was about to remove my lock. I found the root cause of the midnight unlock message, there is a repeater here which is repeating very old commands over my Zwave network, after shut it off my ISY no longer received unlock/lock states in strange times.
