I just added my first Z-Wave module to my ISY.  The module is a Leviton DZPA1 plugin switch module.    The module was discoverable, and added quickly to the ISY.   However, the status indication on ISY says the unit is OFF when it is on, and ON when it is off.  It also has the controls revered, to turn the unit on I have to click OFF, and to turn the unit OFF I have to click ON.  The local status LED on the unit is correct and is lit when OFF, and off when ON.  

Has anyone run into this before, or have any idea what I can do to get the ON / OFF to work correctly?

 

I have tried performing a factory reset on the Leviton unit, and have removed and re-added it multiple times.

    I removed the unit, did a full factory reset again, and re-added it and now it is working correctly.
