Is there a way to trigger program execution when a scene is set on or off by any of the controllers in it?

I have done this by the brute force method....added multiple "or" conditions with each of the controllers in a given scene. In other words, if I have a scene with three controllers A, B, and C, then create a program with condition if A is switched on (or off or whatever), or if B is switched on, or if C is switched on, then perform an action.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
