bretta Posted July 13, 2018 Posted July 13, 2018 I cannot open the control panel. Get an empty ISY screen and the subject message. This is through my local network. Not trying to remote in. However, accessing via udajax works fine. I have restarted everything including the DHCP router. I have the correct IP, and it is that IP that displays in this error dialogue. Running Win10 Pro.ISY 994i 1024 IR Ver 4.6.2 I looked through the archives and found a few mentions of this error from years ago, but all were related to remote access, with no reported issues on local network. bretta Posted July 13, 2018 Author Posted July 13, 2018 Update. I can access the control panel using a web browser and it functions correctly. Cannot access it from the desktop icon.
