Mobilinc Connect and Amazon Alexa - Alexa not seeing all devices, scenes

I'm in the process of converting from ISY Portal to Mobilinc Connect.  

Previously in the ISY Portal I could see my devices and scenes because through the ISY Portal I added the devices to the portal. 

After I switched to Mobilinc Connect, I saw some devices but not all.

So, I checked and in the Notes section of each device and scene I made sure I had a spoken word, but there are still some that are not appearing in Alexa after I perform a discovery.

I have come across instructions for the ISY Portal and Alexa and I came across the Mobilinc instructions for Alexa, but I'm still having issues.

Any ideas or can someone point me to a similar message / instructions?

So, discovered the issue.  Sometimes I have to RTFM a couple times.  I missed the step to go to the Programs Tab and hit the Save Changes button.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
