I've been having major issues getting Portal to be reliable; Alexa and Google Home report the ISY Portal is down, far more than is being reported here.  Benoit helped but we were both stumped.

Solution:  I have NOT been routinely "forgetting" all devices as I make Portal changes.  Apparently enough bad cache/data was accumulated where the Portal was getting confused what to do.  I do have multiple ISYs as well.

Once I "forgot" all devices and rediscovered on both ISYs everything works perfectly now.  My Alexa and Google commands for devices and programs are completely reliable again (was failing about 70% of the time before).

This is an FYI in case somebody has this problem and searches for a solution.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
