all my devices and scenes and config seems normal but my program area is blank  any ideas help or direction.  

lost program about 1 month ago thought I did something so i restored it from back-up  

no i am getting worried

    Chrome (Android)

    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
