How to access ISY remotely from Agave

Hello all,

I've am new to ISY and Agave. I have a few scenes that I can successfully control from Agave while on LAN, however I have not been able to access my ISY from Agave when away from outside my LAN. I have purchased Agave Full Access and the "Enable Portal Access" is checked, but grayed out.

I am able to successfully access my ISY remotely through https://my.isy.io.

My Agave Login Settings are set for Primary URL with the IP address in my LAN, however the Secondary URL is empty and I am assuming I need to enter something there. I have not been able to find any information whatsoever as to what Secondary URL means and what to enter there. I tried https://my.isy.io, but it's not accepted.

Could anyone please offer some me guidance to make my remote access from Agave work?

To access the UDI portal via Agave you need to purchase the portal add-on.  See details here: http://agaveha.com/features/

Thanks very much James. I didn't understand the difference between remote access included in Full access and with the Portal add-on. I just purchased the add-on and everything works beautifully now.
