ISY-994i admin console

Hello....i have smart home light control integration for 6 years now....my PLM stopped working again....I purchased new ..replaced . Went to my desk top to access my ISY Admin Console but realized its disappeared....Tried to down load new Admin Console- unsuccessfully....Can you help me?

Did you follow these directions. Be sure to delete all java applications in addition to the java cache.

If you're still having problems installing the ISY launcher then temporarily disable anti virus and firewall software.
