I've opened a ticket to maybe get a confirmation.  

I had a device in ISY Portal that I was testing with Alexa/Google Home.  I had removed that device from the ISY but it was still in the portal.  I just removed it from the portal and now the error is gone.  I do think they are linked but there's nothing in the logs indicating the source of the error.
