Getting "Mail Server Failure" when querying Z-Wave device that is out of range

Z-wave device that was working consistently now sporadic, though ISY / ZW module not moved.

Noticed that I started having "Mail Server Failure" ISY errors pop up in Admin console, now see it is related.

I moved the Z-Wave device back to an outlet next to my PC (ISY is also here), and now ZW works perfectly again, but if I unplug the module and query the device, this is what I see in Admin console.

Using 5.14 FW on ISY BTW.
