HughesNet ISP Blocked?

Is anyone with HughesNet having issues with viewing this site? Every time I attempt to view the forums or the main site, it will load about one page and then I get 'Failure To Connect To Web Server'.

 

My only work around is to find a proxy server to bounce off of first.

 

Please help!!
