simplextech Posted June 11, 2019 Posted June 11, 2019 @InsteonNut, what's the best route for support questions/issues? E-Mail or on this forum? I'm trying to get a system setup and working and I've sent e-mail but no responses today. I think UDI has spoiled me with their fast responses.

I just wasn't sure as there's no "ticket system" for confirmation of e-mail receipt or for status checking....would be a nice addition?
