aaronburnlab
This is a new install and Im new to PolyGlot!, which is a awesome approach to integration ! I have it working for my Hue Poly, but for the Harmony Poly it is running but does not seem to be able to control the Harmony Hub.. It found all the nodes (15) and it appears the heartbeat is good, it's read all the Harmony elements as Nodes, they are exposed in the ISY Admin tool. It just appears the communication to the Harmony Hub fails. I have rebooted the ISY and Polyglot server.. Everything through the ISY I attempt to run Harmony commands I get errors, see examples. The Harmony Hub has fixed allocated DHCP address. 2019-06-20 11:55:19,988 [Controller] [DEBUG] Hub:h54e9953c20f29:Living Room Hub:query: ... 2019-06-20 11:55:19,988 [Controller] [INFO ] Updating All Drivers to ISY for Living Room Hub(h54e9953c20f29) 2019-06-20 11:55:28,097 [Controller] [INFO ] HarmonyController:heartbeat: hb=1 2019-06-20 11:56:28,098 [Controller] [INFO ] HarmonyController:heartbeat: hb=0 2019-06-20 11:57:28,099 [Controller] [INFO ] HarmonyController:heartbeat: hb=1 2019-06-20 11:58:07,411 [Controller] [ERROR] _parseInput: received command DON for a node that is not in memory: a40010057 2019-06-20 11:58:28,100 [Controller] [INFO ] HarmonyController:heartbeat: hb=0 2019-06-20 11:59:28,100 [Controller] [INFO ] HarmonyController:heartbeat: hb=1 2019-06-20 12:00:03,564 [Controller] [DEBUG] Hub:h54e9953c20f29:Living Room Hub:_cmd_off: activity=-2 2019-06-20 12:00:03,564 [Controller] [ERROR] Hub:h54e9953c20f29:Living Room Hub:end_activity: No Client 2019-06-20 12:00:11,551 [Controller] [ERROR] _parseInput: received command DON for a node that is not in memory: a40010057 2019-06-20 12:00:28,100 [Controller] [INFO ] HarmonyController:heartbeat: hb=0 2019-06-20 12:01:28,101 [Controller] [INFO ] HarmonyController:heartbeat: hb=1 2019-06-20 12:02:28,102 [Controller] [INFO ] HarmonyController:heartbeat: hb=0 2019-06-20 12:03:28,102 [Controller] [INFO ] HarmonyController:heartbeat: hb=1 2019-06-20 12:04:19,126 [Controller] [DEBUG] Hub:h54e9953c20f29:Living Room Hub:query: ... 2019-06-20 12:04:19,127 [Controller] [INFO ] Updating All Drivers to ISY for Living Room Hub(h54e9953c20f29) 2019-06-20 12:04:28,102 [Controller] [INFO ] HarmonyController:heartbeat: hb=0 2019-06-20 12:05:11,726 [Controller] [DEBUG] Hub:h54e9953c20f29:Living Room Hub:_get_activity_id: 3 2019-06-20 12:05:11,728 [Controller] [DEBUG] Hub:h54e9953c20f29:Living Room Hub:start_activity: id=4894737 index=3 2019-06-20 12:05:11,728 [Controller] [ERROR] Hub:h54e9953c20f29:Living Room Hub:start_activity: No Client 2019-06-20 12:05:14,650 [Controller] [DEBUG] Hub:h54e9953c20f29:Living Room Hub:_get_activity_id: 0 2019-06-20 12:05:14,651 [Controller] [DEBUG] Hub:h54e9953c20f29:Living Room Hub:start_activity: id=-1 index=0 2019-06-20 12:05:14,652 [Controller] [ERROR] Hub:h54e9953c20f29:Living Room Hub:start_activity: No Client 2019-06-20 12:05:28,104 [Controller] [INFO ] HarmonyController:heartbeat: hb=1 2019-06-20 12:06:28,104 [Controller] [INFO ] HarmonyController:heartbeat: hb=
gzahar
Did you update the harmony hub with proper firmware. You need to enable XMPP. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
aaronburnlab
Yes, XMPP is enabled And the Harmony has the latest firmware, as checked by the Android Client I use to configure it. thanks !
aaronburnlab
Ok, it seems to be working now, here's what I did.. I realized my second harmony hub (which I am not trying to manage) but was being discovered did not have XMPP on.. which I figured was ok. But I wondered if the discovery process was stopping prematurely when it hit that device. So I enabled XMPP on Hub2. I removed the PolyGlot, rebooted everything. Re-Installed, this time, the Service Started automatically, and discovered everything and is working. I think my second Hub (which I did not plan on managing) may have caused some issue.. Btw: It's working great, nice work on this Poly!
Jimbo.Automates
Glad you figured it out. The 2nd hub with xmpp disabled should not cause an issue, but it's possible since I probably never tested it.Sent from my Pixel 3 XL with Tapatalk
