Ring Interface/Motion program ??

Hi all,

This group has been very helpful in the past.  The help has been much appreciated.

Maybe someone has a suggestion...

Through the poly cloud, I have linked my ring devices to the ISY.  Seems the be working fine.

The issue I have is with a Ring Stickup Cam motion sensor.  It is set such that when the cam detects motion, the isy runs a program which turns on various lights, then after say 5 min turns them off.

So far so good.

The problem is that ring motion sensor is so sensitive, that it thinks when the lights turn off there is motion.  Therefore it turns them back on.

Anyway to set something up such that if the lights have been on in the last 15 seconds, don't turn them on again?  The lights are also linked to several keypadlincs around the house if that makes any difference and when I turn those lights off, again it thinks there is motion and turns them on again.

Not really an isy problem, but maybe someone has an idea.

If using one program then in the program disable the program, turn the light off, wait few seconds and then enable the program.

 

 

I use the doorbell motion and its sensitivity can be set such that only people cause it to register as motion.

I'll lower the sensitivity to the lowest - but I do want it to see auto.
