NodeLink hangs entering config

Hey all, trying to get NodeLink up and running - any time I add a device (in my case a Honeywell Thermostat) NodeLink hangs on accessing anything other than the front page (Main)

I'm running this on Docker on top of CentOS 7.  Mono version is 5.20.1.34 and ISY 5.0.14

Nothing unusual in the logs - basically nothing other than the startup messages.  

Any ideas or things to check?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
