Problem with scene buttons (multi-tap) on HS-FC200+

I've been pleased with the fan control of these devices and currently have three installed. It's probably the most used HA function by my wife and she'll even demo to her friends by controlling the fans via spoken commands. I also like that I'm able to turn off all the fans as part of my "leaving home" program. I decided to explore the scene button (that's what Homeseer calls them) functionality and this is where the trouble started. As you can see the scene buttons were all added during inclusion and all remain.

When I try to use one of the scene buttons as control in a program it disappears!

I selected the Office down button and all of the options are displayed (fade, multi-taps...) but when I make a selection the device goes away. I did the same with Master and got the same result. Now only up buttons are available. LR still shows both up and down (not shown) because I haven't tried to use them in programs. I tried restarting the Admin Console and doing a Z-wave synchronize, but the down buttons are no longer available for use in programs.

Any idea what's going on?

Thanks,

Mike

P.S. version 5.0.15 and events such as multi-tap show up properly in event viewer.

P.P.S. Rebooted ISY and weirdness went away. Maybe I should have tried that earlier, but I have to say in my years of ISY experience, I think this is the first time I've had to do a reboot to clear some weird behavior. Unlike a PC where reboots are common, ISY is usually rock solid. For anyone using these fan controllers, if ISY turns them off, the next single press on will set the fan to the previous speed. However, if you manually use the switch to shut the fan off, the next single press on will be at low speed. I just created programs to shut the fan off if down is double pressed. So next on will resume at previous speed. Now to train the wife...

Question related to that as I just got one of these, how are you capturing the double-press, is that the "Fast On"? I see specific Triple Press (On), 4 x Press (On) and 5 x Press (On) for example (obviously for the On button).

EDIT: Answered my own question: Yes (Fast On = Double Press)
