I am not a new user, but I have encountered what seems to be a pretty basic problem.

I cannot access the admin console. The ISY Finder doesn't find the controller, yet I can ping the ISY and if I open Devices&Scenes, I can control devices and yet, I can''t access the admin console through that either. I've updated Java--didn't help. I'll reboot my PC after the Java install and report results when i try get back up.
