Trying Agave but can't connect to my ISY

I've installed Agave on my phone which is connected to my wi-fi. Same subnet as my ISY. I can't get past the ISY username/password/ISY Address screen. Doesn't seem to connect. I've tried SSL, non SSL, and the portal login. Also tried the locate icon without success

Any ideas whats going on here?

Platform: OnePlus 7 Pro with Android 9 OxygenOS as well.
ISY: Latest 5.0.16

Can you connect to the ISY using a web browser from your mobile device?  I first want to confirm that your device can see the ISY before we trouble shoot any other options.

James. Sorry for the late response.

Yes, I can connect to it via http://<IP> but not https.

I get the login screen and can successfully login.

Ha. After I connected to the ISY with a browser. I could connect via Agave app. Hmmm...

And I can connect via the portal as well.
