Different on levels depending upon time of day?

I was wondering if there was a way I could set my bedroom hallway switchlincs so that if the time was after 10pm and before 7am (night time) they would only turn on to 25% when pressed. If not night time, they would turn on 100% when pressed.

I was thinking maybe a program with the lights having a default on level of 25%, but if it was day time, brighten them to 100% if turned on. I was trying to play with this last night with no luck. :( Any suggestions? Can this be done and how?

Here's a description on how to this, you use 'Adjust Scene'

Some switchlincs have to be airgapped before new settings take effect. So this technique won't work with those switches since manual intervention is required.

Thanks markens. I'll have to give a few of those a try. This board is great, I've been able to get answers to my questions the same day! Thanks everyone! :)
