Curious if anyone can help.

I seemingly suddenly am not able to connect to my devices in my ISY...

I am able to access the ISY through the ISY portal and the software based admin console but all of my controls have lost connection. 

I have tried restarting the ISY and also have checked all the hard wiring. Seeing that I can still access the ISY it seemingly is not a connectivity issue. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try looking in the Tool Diagnostics menu.  PLM Info/Status. It should show connected and the six digit Insteon ID.

You may to do a link count on the PLM. If it is low or empty.It could be a sign of PLM failure.

Is the LED on the side of the PLM On at about its normal brightness?

Your PLM maybe going bad. Is it over 2 years old? The PLM has a reputation of failing.

If you have your modules set to blink on Insteon Traffic. If they are flashing a lot. You may have power line noise.

Any new or moved electronic devised in the home? That maybe absorbing power line signals or making noise.
