mdyod Posted February 2, 2020 Posted February 2, 2020 hello all, I'm trying to replace my old outdated Isy99i with a new ISY994. but, i get a "could not retrive file" error when i try to open my latest backup.. Im using a MacBook pro... Thank you in advance for sharing your expertise and support.
