lloverin Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 I've set up the mail server I use from my ISP on port 25 and get a message [-50010] Mail server DNS error [null]. I also get a DNS error on synchronize now for the NTP server. The ISY has a static IP and is connected to the router. What can I do to fix this?

Please see this Wiki article: Quick_Start_Guide#Assigning_ISY_a_Static_IP_Address.
