How do I Change email that appears on my portal login page?

Login to the Portal -> Users Tab -> Select the red (X) Delete email account. Select Add User and insure its set as the Admin. It goes without saying make sure your new email address is active and receiving mail before you even attempt to delete the older email account.

I did precisely what I feared. In attempting to do this I somehow messed up and now I can't access my account.Canyou offer further help or shall I submit a ticket?

What action steps did you complete?

1. Did you add the new email and assign it with Admin access rights? Did you confirm the email account you created prior is active and does receive inbound mail?
