Insteon-based solar-powered outdoor motion-light

I posted a similar topic in 2013 and I still haven't found what I'm looking for. I'm hoping to find a solar-powered outdoor motion-light that:

1. Detects motion and turns on the light, hopefully with a customizable off-timer

2. Detects motion and sends wireless Insteon (or x10 or zwave) on and off signals that my isy994i could catch and use to trigger other lights or programs

3. Motion detection works both day and night

There are plenty of good candidates that satisfy #1, but none that I'm aware of that satisfy #2 or #3. Do you know of any?

Less interesting to me is taking the guts of an Insteon Motion or Motion II and transplanting it into a light that satisfies #1, thereby creating a franken-light that meets all requirements. I'm desperate enough to follow in someone else's footsteps though if that someone can give me sort of detailed instructions how to do it.

Thanks in advance,
Jeff
