Posted August 12, 20205 yr I'm using MyQ with Polisy. I can control the door in admin console, but it doesn't show door state. If I query, it says "request failed." Any idea why?
August 12, 20205 yr Log in to the Polisy Dashboard and let me know what version of the MyQ nodeserver is running. You may also want to try the Load Profile Button.

August 13, 20205 yr Now that you've upgraded, go into the Polyglot Dashboard and delete the old nodes for your garage doors (everything but the MyQ Service node). Note this has to be done in the Polyglot Dashboard - NOT in the ISY Admin Console. Restart the MyQ Nodeserver, then from the Admin Console, select Discover Devices in the MyQ Service node.

Thanks I will give that a try after dinner and report back!

August 14, 20205 yr Great! Sorry for the need to delete and re-discover the devices. The new MyQ API used a completely different set of identifiers for each device.
