rchairston
I have noticed the last week that some of my scenes were not working. I went to see what was going on but my ISY is not showing up in myISY controls. my app is not linking as well. The ISY just has a solid blue light on , has anyone else experienced this and what would be the issue Link to comment
Michel Kohanim
@rchairston, Please reboot and make sure the pattern follows what's described here. With kind regards, Michel Link to comment
rchairston
Thank you for responding Michel. I tried placing the units in a new power source to no avail. When I hit the reset button the light doesn’t go off or the unit doesn’t reset as well. As of now the only light that is on is the power light. How do you know if the unit goes bad? Link to comment
Jim Unroe
I couldn't connect to my first ISY-994i. Technical Support had me reseat the SD card and reboot. That took care of the issue for me. Link to comment

rchairston
Michel, this device came with the home we purchased. Unfortunately I do not have access to that invoice or purchase. Would have been under Trent Gazzaway. Link to comment

Michel Kohanim
@rchairston, Thank you. At least 8 years old and completely out of warranty. Do you have a backup? If not, you will have to learn/redo everything from scratch. With kind regards, Michel Link to comment
