Hi Folks,

With iOS 14 there is a new privacy notification that you'll see in apps that need access to the local network. For those that use a direct IP to directly access their ISY using any MobiLinc app, or when searching for your ISY on your local network, you'll need to grant permission to allow iOS and MobiLinc access to your local network. This prompt should appear once and only when the app tries to access your ISY locally for the first time.

If you decline this or need to turn this on manually, you can change this setting in the Settings app under Privacy->Local Network. Turn Local Network on for MobiLinc.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
