Having this problem again (sigh!)

Using ISY994i Pro

FW v.4.8.0

UI v.4.8.0

Switch is a 2477D - recently purchased

There is a dual band repeater (B2547D2) v.43 that is 12 inches from the switch - no issues talking to the repeater

Here is the level 3 session:

Sat 09/26/2020 12:57:05 PM : [56 10 EC    ] Added to list of devices to link to ISY

Sat 09/26/2020 12:57:27 PM : [56 10 EC 0  ] Failed to add device, reason 3

Sat 09/26/2020 12:57:27 PM : [All         ] Writing 0 bytes to devices

I've tried resetting the switch to factory defaults several times.

Using the Auto Discover option.

Thoughts?

Thanks!
